All-in-one non-insulated subflooring system with a moisture barrier designed to be installed over existing concrete slabs. The combination of the moisture resistant protective High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) film with raised drainage channels protects the floor assemblies above by allowing trapped moisture to dry over time thereby creating a healthy, comfortable and warm basement floor.
FEATURES
- The innovative patented panel design ensures that the tubing is completely encased in concrete and not pushed to the bottom of the panel
- The larger contact area between the tubing and the concrete allows for increased heat transfer reducing the response time of the system and helping achieve desired temperatures faster
- The Ampex panels have unique 'mushroom' shaped nubs which locks the PEX tubing firmly in place. Staples and zip ties not needed
- PEX tubing is easily inserted into the panels simply by walking in the tubing
