DIVERSITECH Torque Plus Hard Start Kits
DIVERSITECH Torque Plus Hard Start Kits are the ideal solution for improving startup performance in HVAC systems with permanent split capacitor (PSC) compressors. Compatible with single-phase compressors from 1/2 to 10 H.P., these hard start kits enhance efficiency and protect your system. The DST-6 model features a larger capacitor for hard-to-start units and includes a relay with built-in safety timer that disconnects the capacitor after 0.5 seconds if the compressor doesn’t start. Suitable for systems operating between 120V and 288V, Torque Plus ensures reliable starts and extended compressor life.
