COMPONENT HARDWARE GROUP Repair Kit For UL Fire Rated Access Doors
The Component Hardware Group Repair Kit for UL Fire Rated Access Doors is designed to maintain the UL listing and fire protection integrity of Flame Gard access panels. This complete repair solution includes a UL-classified, high-temperature silicone adhesive and a 50’ roll of silica cloth gasket rated to 2,300°F. Ideal for HVAC and commercial kitchen applications requiring reliable fire-rated performance and compliance.

- Gasket material is rated to 2,300F
- Silicone adhesive is UL classified and Factory Mutual approved
- UL listed gasket and adhesive must be used together to retain the UL listing on your Flame Gard access panel
Includes:
- (1) 10.3oz (305ml) removable tip cartridge SIL300 high temperature silicone adhesive
- (1) 50’ (15m) roll high temperature silica cloth gasket, .090 (2.3mm) thick x 1.5” (38mm) wide
- Silicone adhesive is UL classified and Factory Mutual approved
- UL listed gasket and adhesive must be used together to retain the UL listing on your Flame Gard access panel
