NAILOR INDUSTRIES Bypass Terminal Units With Analog Controls
The NAILOR INDUSTRIES 3400 Series Bypass Terminal Units with Analog Controls are designed for use with constant volume, low and medium-pressure packaged air handling systems or rooftop air conditioning units, providing a cost-effective solution. These pressure-dependent, single-duct units feature a diverting damper to efficiently redirect excess air into the return air ceiling, ensuring precise temperature control. Constructed from durable 22 ga. galvanized steel, with sizes ranging from 6" to 16" and capacities from 100 to 2750 CFM, these units provide reliable, long-term performance with easy-to-adjust bypass dampers for optimal air distribution.
FEATURES
- Temperature control is achieved by supplying only enough conditioned air to space to satisfy room thermostat demand
- Excess air diverted directly to return air ceiling
- Bypass box handles a constant supply of primary air through its inlet
- Uses a diverting damper to bypass part of the supply air into plenum return
- Casing – 22 ga. galvanized steel with round or flat oval inlets
- Rectangular outlets with slip and drive connections
- Damper – Heavy gauge steel cylindrical Flow Diverter valve design for reliable long term operation
- Eliminates any internal damper linkage
- 90° rotation, CW to close
- 1/2" (13) diameter plated steel drive shaft
- 3/4" (19) dual density insulation
- Material meets requirement of NFPA 90A and UL 181 standards
- Inlet balancing damper
- Easily adjustable bypass port balancing dampers
- Sizes range from 6" (152) to 16" (406) with capacities from 100 to 2750 cfm
- Compact low-profile design
